Busy Week

Wow this week was a busy one. Finally starting getting some work done on the yard, then the rain started. We are in the last stretch for school. Got my door organizer for the pantry. Post on the pantry coming soon!

Post 1- Yard Rant

So they (Keystone Custom Homes) came out and started re-grading the yard. I personally think that was a waste.  The sump pump issue isnt fixed and with all the rain we’ve been having the sump pump is running alot. It’s starting to dig a hole in the newly graded yard.

They haven’t been back to finish up. All they have left is to seed the area. We now have a new puddle forming on the one side of the fence by the gate.

Keystone is claiming they will do another grading before they lay down the seed. Who knows when that will be, they dont want to do it with it raining.  There is a couple days next week when there is a small chance of rain.
